Holy cow! This was weird – I was talking to my cousin, and we mentioned this thing we heard on the police radio scanner. I guess a guy stole something from a pharmacy, and a police officer came on the scanner and said, “Buddy’s runnin’ down the road with a Batman shirt on!”
So of course, I asked my cousin, “Hey, do you remember what item of apparel it was considered illegal to run down the road in back in Newfoundland?”
And she guessed it exactly right.
Random story – but the point is, we were talking about a completely different story about a Batman shirt, and my story happened in, like, 1989.
I saw a batman shirt at penny’s I almost got for you. It was neon colors so I didn’t know if you would like it.
