That is a good point … WHAT IS THE POINT OF A FILE CABNET THAT CANNOT HOLD FILES??? Shouldn’t they have that part build in from the start? I should not have to buy a crappy made part to make it work. I should have to have pliers and the ability to break metal.
you don’t need a hangy thing if it’s got the movable divider in the back. you just have to move up the divider to the back of point where it holds up the files…works like a charm! hangy things just gum up the whole works.
I hate those things … do they think I have pliers or the strength to use them?

that’s why we buy our file cabinets on the side of the road!
the file cabinet itself was free, but it doesn’t have the part that the folders hang from.

i’m assuming the file cabinet had the piece originally? i don’t know for sure though…
